Pricing

What it costs

District sessions are delivered in person at your workplace, in two versions: the standard course exactly as we publish it, or a bespoke version rebuilt around your organisation. One rate covers the whole group, both are paid in advance, and we do not bill you for the trainer's travel.

Option 1 · Non-bespoke

Standard

Paid in advance

Our published course, delivered exactly as written. Every team gets the same presentation, exercises, and examples, and nothing in it changes for your organisation.

Half day
£450 + VAT
3 hours 40 minutes of training, not including travel
Full day
£787.50 + VAT per day
7 hours of training, not including travel
  • The presentation, exercises, and examples exactly as published
  • Not adapted to your team's skill level
  • Not built around your current setup, or the tools and systems you use

Option 2 · 1.5 × the standard rate

Bespoke version

Paid in advance

The same course, rebuilt around your organisation. We spend an extra half day before your session researching your company and updating the presentation for your team, your needs, and the way you work. It costs 1.5 times the standard rate.

Half day
£675 + VAT
3 hours 40 minutes of training, not including travel
Full day
£1,181.25 + VAT per day
7 hours of training, not including travel
  • An extra half day of research and preparation before your session
  • Examples and exercises built around your company, your team, and what you need the training to achieve
  • Pitched at your team's skill level, around your current setup and the tools you use
  • Part of that half day is your trainer learning the updated material, so it is delivered as fluently as the standard course

Delivered in person at your Aldgate workplace. One rate covers the whole group, and the hours are hours of training, not counting travel. We do not bill you for the trainer's travel. CPD eligibility for a bespoke version is confirmed before booking.

Travel is in the rate: The day rate covers your trainer's travel, accommodation, and time on the road, and none of it is billed to you as expenses afterwards. None of it comes out of your training day either: the hours on the rate card are hours of training.

Preparation is included: We spend one to three hours before your session preparing and travelling to you. That time is ours, not yours: it does not come out of your training day, and it is never charged in addition.

Coaley Peak® advantages

Why teams choose Coaley Peak®

On-site training, custom setup, and follow-up support in one practical package.

01

Delivered where your team works

We train at your Aldgate workplace over one or more days. Prefer a neutral local venue? We may help with venue costs for larger events.

02

Standard, or bespoke to your company

The standard course runs exactly as published. The bespoke version costs more, 1.5 times the standard rate in total, and adds half a day of preparation to rebuild it around your tools, workflows, and the functions you want it pointed at — marketing, sales, admin, or finance — and we work with your IT team beforehand so access and exercises are ready.

03

Breakout workshops and implementation

On the bespoke version, a session can run as a working breakout on your own systems rather than a lecture, and we can carry on into proactive implementation afterwards if you want the changes made rather than taught.

04

Price support built in

We do not bill UK trainer travel within our location range. The one to three hours we spend preparing and travelling to you are not billed either, so on the standard course you pay for delivery, not setup.

05

A year of follow-up training

Your team gets one year of tutorials.co.uk access with custom tests, certificates, reminders, updates, and future training options.

06

£75 + VAT ongoing support

Book monthly or quarterly hourly training at £75 + VAT per hour to keep your team current.

Delivery, group sizes & venue

How the day runs, and who is in the room.

In person or online

Every course runs either in person or online, and we strongly recommend in person. The room, the exercises, and the conversations delegates have with each other are most of what makes the day work, and very little of that survives a video call.

We do not run hybrid sessions. Splitting a group between a room and a screen makes the day worse for both halves, so each session is one or the other.

How many people in the room

In person, one trainer takes up to 15 delegates. Around 10 is the ideal size. A room works best when delegates are at a broadly similar level of experience, though we can and do train mixed-experience groups.

Teams of more than 20 people are split across multiple sessions rather than squeezed into one room.

A second trainer for bigger rooms

We can bring a junior trainer to support the room for £100 + VAT per day plus their travel. That is well below what a second trainer costs us, and we recommend it for any group above 15: it takes the room up to 20, and it puts a second pair of hands alongside delegates during the practical parts of the day. Being able to put more than one trainer in the room at this price is something very few providers offer.

Where it runs

Training runs at your premises, or at a neutral venue we have access to. We hold rooms in many major cities through an office rental company, and we share the room cost with you rather than passing all of it on, so a neutral venue adds very little to the price.

Conferences and large groups

For large groups — conferences, all-hands sessions, away days — we run a different programme that leans on lecture rather than hands-on, interactive work. It is charged at the same day rate, and we agree it with you in advance rather than falling into it because the headcount is high.

Workshop, interactive, or lecture

Any of these can be run as a workshop, as an interactive session, or as a lecture-style training day. We agree which it is when we plan the day with you.
