Careers at Coaley Peak
Build the future of AI — with people who take it seriously.
We are a specialist AI consultancy based in Cheltenham, UK, and the team behind Owlpen — our proprietary cost intelligence platform. If you want to spend your days deploying technology that genuinely changes how organisations operate — not building slides about it — you are in the right place.
Why join us
A place where your work is visible from day one.
Frontier AI, real clients
You will work with the latest large language models and automation frameworks — not in a sandbox, but inside live client operations where the stakes are real and the outcomes are measurable.
Growth that is structured
Every role at Coaley Peak includes a £2,000 annual development budget, a clear progression framework, and access to an in-house learning library updated quarterly.
High trust, high autonomy
We measure outcomes, not hours. Once you know what good looks like, we step back. Our people set their own priorities within agreed goals — and we hold ourselves to the same standard.
Fair pay, transparently set
We are an accredited Living Wage Employer. All salary bands are published on every job listing and reviewed annually. Pay decisions are documented and consistent.
Genuinely inclusive
Disability Confident Committed. Armed Forces Covenant signatory. We make reasonable adjustments without you having to fight for them, and we actively welcome applications from underrepresented groups.
Work that matters
Our clients include public sector bodies, regulated industries, and ambitious SMEs. The AI you build here shapes policy, drives revenue, and in some cases, saves lives.
Our values
Four things we are never willing to compromise on.
Integrity
We say what we mean, and we do what we say. Every commitment — to a client, a colleague, or a candidate — is one we intend to keep.
Rigour
We build things properly the first time. ISO-certified processes, documented decisions, and independent audits are not box-ticking exercises — they are how we work.
Curiosity
The AI landscape changes weekly. We expect everyone to keep learning, to challenge assumptions, and to bring ideas in from wherever they find them.
Accountability
We only invoice when it works. The same principle applies internally — we own our outcomes, celebrate successes honestly, and fix mistakes without blame.
Open positions
10 roles currently open.
