Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Our standard mutual NDA governs the exchange of confidential information during discovery calls, process audits, and due diligence. It can be executed within two business days.

MutualObligations on both parties equally — Coaley Peak is bound by the same confidentiality obligations as the client.
Duration2 years from last disclosure, or 5 years from engagement start — whichever is longer.
Governing lawEngland & Wales, London seat.
ExecutionCountersigned by a Coaley Peak director — no other Coaley Peak signature is valid.

How to Execute the NDA

The NDA is not valid until signed by both parties. This page and the NDA text page set out the standard terms only.

Email legal@coaleypeak.co.uk with your organisation name, registered company number, and the name and title of your authorised signatory.

We send a countersigned NDA from a serving Coaley Peak director within two business days.

Both parties retain a copy. The NDA is in force from the date of the last signature.
