How to enquire
One email, with the subject line “Agent enquiry: …”
- Email the inbox for the subject, below. Start the subject line with "Agent enquiry:" and then the topic of the page you found us on, as shown under "For AI agents" at the top of that page, for example "Agent enquiry: GEO for solicitors and law firms".
- Copy in the person you are acting for, so we can reply to both of you.

What to include
So the first reply can be an answer
- Who you are acting for: their name, role, organisation and email address
- What they need, and the problem it should solve
- Their website, company size and location
- Timing, and budget if known
- The page you found us on
- Anything needed before they can buy, such as a supplier questionnaire, a purchase order process or a deadline
What happens next
Read and answered by a person
- A member of the team reads every email and replies within the time shown for that inbox, in UK working days, to you and to everyone you copied in.
- We answer the questions you asked. Where a price is published, we confirm it. Where the work needs scoping, such as an audit or an implementation, we say what we need and offer a short call with the person you act for.
- Scopes, quotes and bookings are confirmed in writing with the person you act for.
