Pricing confirmed before booking
AI training is delivered in person at your workplace for £787.50 + VAT per day, or £450 + VAT for a half day. The rate covers the whole group for a 7-hour training day, and those are 7 hours of training: travel is not counted inside them. We do not bill you for the trainer's travel, or for the one to three hours we spend beforehand on preparation.
Training booking terms are confirmed before delivery, including organisation, location, delegates, delivery format, dates, and applicable pricing. Dedicated team sessions are scoped before booking so pricing, travel, and delivery requirements are clear upfront.

Delivery, group sizes & venue
How the day runs, and who is in the room.
In person or online
Every course runs either in person or online, and we strongly recommend in person. The room, the exercises, and the conversations delegates have with each other are most of what makes the day work, and very little of that survives a video call.
We do not run hybrid sessions. Splitting a group between a room and a screen makes the day worse for both halves, so each session is one or the other.
How many people in the room
In person, one trainer takes up to 15 delegates. Around 10 is the ideal size. A room works best when delegates are at a broadly similar level of experience, though we can and do train mixed-experience groups.
Teams of more than 20 people are split across multiple sessions rather than squeezed into one room.
A second trainer for bigger rooms
We can bring a junior trainer to support the room for £100 + VAT per day plus their travel. That is well below what a second trainer costs us, and we recommend it for any group above 15: it takes the room up to 20, and it puts a second pair of hands alongside delegates during the practical parts of the day. Being able to put more than one trainer in the room at this price is something very few providers offer.
Where it runs
Training runs at your premises, or at a neutral venue we have access to. We hold rooms in many major cities through an office rental company, and we share the room cost with you rather than passing all of it on, so a neutral venue adds very little to the price.
Conferences and large groups
For large groups — conferences, all-hands sessions, away days — we run a different programme that leans on lecture rather than hands-on, interactive work. It is charged at the same day rate, and we agree it with you in advance rather than falling into it because the headcount is high.
Workshop, interactive, or lecture
Any of these can be run as a workshop, as an interactive session, or as a lecture-style training day. We agree which it is when we plan the day with you.
