AI for SME Marketing

AI only saves you time when it understands your business. This workshop shows you how to give it what it needs, so your marketing stops sounding generic.

Led by Dr Jonathan Ashong-Lamptey and Ethan Clarke-Wooster

Most AI-written marketing sounds the same because the tool knows nothing about the business behind it. Jonathan and Ethan show, with live examples, how to change that, without any technical background.

Brief it properly
Give AI clear information about your customers, your offer and your brand voice, so what comes back sounds like you.
Use what you already have
Turn the reviews, enquiries and emails you already hold into ideas for your next campaign.
Get more from each piece
Repurpose one piece of content across your channels, rather than starting from a blank page each time.
Spot the AI tells
Recognise the giveaways of AI-written copy, and edit them out before a customer sees them.
Tools and your team
Weigh up AI tools sensibly, and bring AI into your team in a way that sticks.

At 3pm delegates choose between two workshops: ours, and a session on exporting with UK Export Finance.

We're exhibiting too, so you can find Jonathan and Ethan at the Coaley Peak® stand on the day.
